Having worked with Julia for the past six+ months I can say without a doubt she is my favorite trainer of all time. I've worked with a number of personal trainers over the years but few take the time to make sure they are tailoring the workouts and progressing you towards your goals like Julia does. Since our first session I have lost 3 inches from my waist, more than 2 inches from my stomach and hips, and have seen muscle tone and levels of endurance increases positively and consistently. Julia even came to cheer me on as I crossed the finish line of a huge goal- the Killington Spartan Sprint! Talk about great support. One really key difference from other trainers I've used is in how she helps me keep track of the weights, reps, and specific workouts I have done. It makes such a difference to know that we are making real progress instead of just guessing what we did last time. She pays close attention to my form; mixes up the exercises constantly so I don't get bored; and has a process-oriented, very methodical way of training. I can't imagine a more supportive and challenging coach to help me get my best adventure body!
